Q: What does "shmall" mean?  
A: Shmall is short for marshmallow!  

Q: What makes your shmalls different from store-bought marshmallows?
A: Gourmet marshmallows are in a league of their own! They are pillowy and soft and have creative flavors that go miles beyond the typical marshmallow experience.

Q: Are your shmalls handmade?
A: Yes! Every batch of shmalls is handcrafted with care to ensure perfect texture and exceptional flavor.

Q: What are the ingredients?  
A: All ingredients are listed at the bottom of each flavour's page. 

Q: Are your shmalls gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, etc.?  
A: While many shmalls use only gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or nut-free ingredients, please note they are made in a kitchen that processes gluten/dairy/nuts so we cannot guarantee they are allergen-free.

Q: Can you make shmalls that are vegetarian, vegan, or sugar-free?  
A: Our shmalls are not vegetarian or vegan as they all contain beef gelatin. Our shmalls also cannot be made sugar-free. 

Q: How should I store my shmalls?
A: Keep your shmalls in an airtight container at room temperature for maximum freshness. Avoid storing them in the fridge, as it can affect their texture.

Q: How long do shmalls stay fresh?
A: Our shmalls are best enjoyed within two weeks of purchase, although they can last considerably longer if properly stored. 

Q: Can I order custom flavors or sizes?
A: We love creating custom shmalls! Contact us to discuss special orders, custom flavors, or bulk quantities for events.

Q: Do you ship shmalls?
A: Yes, please see shipping information at checkout.  

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the perishable nature of marshmallows, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns. Please message in advance of orders to ensure you have all the information you need. 

Q: What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
