Caramel Twix Marshmallows

Caramel Twix graduated from the Test Kitchen to the regular menu after my nephew declared it his new favourite marshmallow flavour and a friend called it "divine".

These start with a rich caramel marshmallow base, and the chunks of Twix bars are swirled throughout and sprinkled on top. Sweet, soft, and irresistibly nostalgic — it's your favorite candy bar reimagined in marshmallow form.

Ingredients: Sugars (white sugar, corn syrup, icing sugar) • Twix (Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk ingredients, cocoa mass, lactose, soy lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate, artificial flavours), Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Palm oil, Corn syrup, Sugar, Icing sugar, Milk ingredients, Dextrose, Salt, Cocoa powder, Soy lecithin, Modified corn starch, Sodium bicarbonate, Artificial flavour) • Gelatin (bovine, halal) • Cornstarch • Vanilla extract • Caramel extract • Salt • Canola oil (to prevent sticking).
